Genuinely loved our experience at the hotel, the main point for me personally was the staff on the desk, always super friendly and supportive of any needs, a special recognition to Norbert on the front desk as his emails arranging a suprise for my girlfriend were professional and supportive, the room itself was innovative and very smart, the bag luggage room was available at all times and we appreciated that.

Looked at reviews after booking hotel, I was worried particularly the ones over cleaniness; no need to though and likewise for anyone else considering booking this sweet quiet hotel. I am very particular on cleaniness and everything was spotless including the unusual such as shower head, mattress protectors etc. Rooms are sufficiently roomy but quite unique in layout such as toilet behind a mirror door and the shower likewise, but it's good to have something different. Had room at back, 303, AC very effective but opened window and it was so quiet, unusual for me and London. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and can't do enough to help. Give them a go and be as pleased as I was, saddened to leave...!

Staff very friendly. The room was clean and the location was great. We could walk to Hammersmith station . Shout-out to outdoor tart for the beautiful breakfast.

Very close to our places of interest and restaurants. Room space very well distributed so that you have all that you need and also enough room space. The working chair and desk were also very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, friends had stayed here before which gave us more confidence to give it a try and we weren't disappointed. The location is good, near the Tube and shops to buy provisions plus excellent restaurants within walking distance. It was nice having a separate seating and desk/breakfast area. Space savings are made by having a separate toilet, closet and shower area which can be closed off to keep the sleeping and living area separate. It's great if you are meeting a friend and nice for yourselves. It was useful having a small fridge to keep drinks cool. It was a good base for exploring London on a leisure trip, I could see it being a good base for a business trip with the desk facility and the property was quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Luma. The staff at the reception were exceptional and very helpful and professional, always readily available to meet our requests. It was a big plus for us that we were able to leave our luggage there before our check-in and after our checkout so we could do more things without having to worry about where to leave them. Also, perfect location super close to Hammersmith Station (about 2 min walking) which had connections both to the city and to the airport. Fast WiFi and you can help yourselves with a free cup of tea at the reception while waiting.

Really comfortable beds (even the twin size beds had mattress toppers), close to tube station, friendly staff, easy check in/out, luggage was stored during the day after I had checked out, beautiful room, sound proof, great facilities, amazing for working (i was there for a week and had to work) as loads of sockets and USB ports with a large desk and comfortable chair.

The staff were Friendly and the hotel was nice and quiet at night when trying to sleep. The room was also a decent size.

Location, close to tube Lots of Resturants and shops. Room was small but beds comfortable Unusual design, toilet in closet separate to bathroom. No wine glasses need to request from reception Cot available for small child. Reception staff, friendly, helpful and kind.
